Hot water is on infinity gas so no worries about running out.

The house is fully insulated, fully carpeted, and meets Healthy Homes legislation.

A cleaner comes through once a week to do the bathrooms and communal areas.

The location is ideal, within easy walking distance to the hospital and Newtown shops, and bus stop is an easy walk away with buses going to the city every few minutes.

Current tenants are a mix of employed/students. Great, friendly bunch.

Sorry, no couples and not suitable for pets.
